ABOUT JAGS
JAGS Started trading in 1996 as JAGS Sandwich Bar in the centre of Cardiff, with a view to offer fresh quality produce prepared on a daily basis.

We now have a state-of-the-art production kitchen where we cook and prepare all of our roast meats, sandwich fillings and salad produce for all our delivery areas and our buffet service. All bread products are cooked on the day of production and all pastry products are baked and packaged every morning so your food can’t be any fresher!

Over the years, we have been praised by many, many customers, both corporate and private on the quality and freshness of our food. It's no secret really - we take great care and pride in our production techniques, attention to detail and quality of ingredients. That's why our meals taste better and that's why we get more repeat and long-term customers than anyone else in the business!!

Locally Bought Produce
Jags receive deliveries of fresh local produce every morning from 4am. We always try to use local ingredients including Welsh meat and bread from a local baker and fresh fruit and vegetables from the local markets.
JAGS never used processed meats in our production, we only use freshly roasted meats. Our bread is always baked on the same day as production ensuring that our high standards in quality and hygiene are continued.

Quality Control

Jags have a production kitchen in Cardiff which has been designed with full enviromental health approval. We are fully updated with all current legislation and all our customers are welcome to receive copies of our health and safety documents. We are confident that we have the most thorough and rigourous health & safety protocols possible.
